LINKBOO (linksboo.blog) Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern use of LINKBOO (linksboo.blog, the “Magazine”), a multilingual travel and lifestyle magazine operated by Posius Co., Ltd. (“Company”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. “Magazine” means the LINKBOO website and related pages at linksboo.blog.
2. “User” means any visitor who accesses the Magazine under these Terms.
3. “Guide page” means a published article, images, FAQ, or similar content unit on the Magazine.
4. “Creator” means an author who registers original content on Linksboo (linksboo.com) and consents to publication on the Magazine.
5. “Linksboo” means the creator registration, curation, and settlement platform at linksboo.com.

Article 3 (Effect and amendments)

1. These Terms are posted on the Magazine footer or a dedicated page.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by law. Material adverse changes will be announced in advance (at least 7 days, or 30 days for important changes).
3. Continued use after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance unless the User explicitly objects where required by law.

Article 4 (Service)

1. The Company provides multilingual guides and stories, search and browse features, and creator information.
2. The Company may modify or suspend all or part of the service for operational or technical reasons with notice when appropriate.
3. The Magazine is for informational purposes and does not act as a booking or sales agent for travel, lodging, or dining.

Article 5 (User obligations)

Users must not:

1. Copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from Magazine content without permission (except as allowed by law or the Company).
2. Use automated tools for bulk scraping, impose unreasonable load, or access the service abnormally.
3. Infringe others’ rights (copyright, privacy, publicity, etc.).
4. Post unlawful, defamatory, or discriminatory content where user-generated areas exist.
5. Violate applicable laws or these Terms.

Article 6 (Content and copyright)

1. Copyright in guide pages generally belongs to the Creator or lawful rights holder.
2. With Creator consent and Linksboo registration, the Company may publish multilingual guide pages without reproducing entire originals verbatim. Source and original links are provided where applicable.
3. Users may view content for personal, non-commercial reading. Commercial reuse or redistribution requires rights-holder permission.

Article 7 (Privacy)

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Article 8 (Advertising)

The Company may display third-party ads (e.g. Google AdSense). Advertiser links and policies apply to ad content.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Creator or third-party information. Users should verify details through official channels before travel or purchases.
2. External sites (original blogs, maps, affiliates) are operated under their own policies.
3. The Company’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law for outages due to force majeure or events beyond reasonable control.

Article 10 (Linksboo members)

Creators who register on Linksboo (linksboo.com) Terms and related policies govern registration, curation, and settlement. If these Terms conflict with Linksboo member terms for member activities, Linksboo terms prevail.

Article 11 (Governing law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the courts at the Company’s principal place of business, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
