Started the day with a delicious resort breakfast!

However, there was a problem with the daily tour scheduled for the third day.

The travel agency, which was supposed to pick us up at our accommodation at 7:30 AM, didn’t show up… ^^

After nearly an hour of calls and messages… in the end, we couldn’t go on the original tour because it was too late

(Because you guys didn’t pick us up! ㅠ!!!)

They apologized and asked if we’d be okay with doing a different tour if we came to their office, so

Sigh, it was difficult to plan the day’s schedule on the spot, so we decided to do another tour…

143 Tran Hung Dao Street, Duong Dong Town, Phu Quoc, Kien Giang 920000 Vietnam

What’s frustrating is that this office is a bit further down than the Duong Dong night market,

So it took about 50 minutes just to get there ^^

I’m so annoyed that I don’t recommend it, but here’s a link for those who are curious…↓

John’s Tours Phú Quốctourism company

John’s Tours was the first company to be licensed by the Tourism Authority for domestic and international travel in Phú Quốc.

phuquoctrip.com

They told us to come by 9 AM, but we barely made it…

We were supposed to do Tour 4, but it was changed to Tour 3. ㅠㅠ

I was really curious about the world’s longest cable car…

We had no choice but to change to snorkeling & island tour…

But when we arrived at the office, they told us they weren’t doing Tour 4 anymore.

What the heck, guys ㅜㅜ!!!

We were supposed to book first and pay the guide directly on-site,

But when I checked again for the post, it had changed to requiring a 50% deposit…

Why didn’t you do that from the beginning…… Sigh

Southern 3 Islands Tour. This was the itinerary.

First, we left the office for the port to board the boat~!

Vendors selling waterproof bags and hats kept approaching me.

I didn’t understand them, so I just kept following the guide saying “No, no~” ㅋ

Three John’s Tours cruise ships departed together.

The cable car visible in the distance……… Goodbye………………..

The captain looked so cool.

GAM GHI ISLAND

W267+HG Thom Island, Phu Quoc, Kien Giang, Vietnam

We arrived at the island and went snorkeling!!

The picture quality is terrible because I took it with my phone in a waterproof bag ㅠㅠ

But the water wasn’t clear either.

I heard that Vietnam isn’t clear and snorkeling isn’t recommended, and it was true…

(Boracay and Bohol are recommended.)

Anyway, the first and second islands were similar… so I don’t have many photos left.

After about an hour of swimming, we had lunch on the boat!

It rained heavily while we were moving, and I was worried… but

It had almost stopped by the time we ate, so we were relieved.

We ate lunch together at tables close together,

Coincidentally, 3 out of 4 couples were Korean!! (Including us)

So we chatted a lot while eating and got a lot of useful tips ㅎ

The taste was… not great ㅎ

In order:

Stir-fried squid and vegetables

Rice (they also gave us crispy rice later)

Radish soup

Grilled shrimp

Braised fish

Fried tofu

Stir-fried morning glory

Rolled omelet

I drank the radish soup in one gulp and almost threw up;;

For my taste… only the radish soup was not good.

The grilled shrimp had no taste, so I didn’t even eat it. ㅋㄷ

The watermelon for dessert was the best ㅎㅎ

We moved to the last island little by little on a small boat…

The waves were strong, so they dropped us off at the back of the island,

And they said there’s a beach if you walk across the forest for about 3 minutes.

They gave us green wristbands, and these wristbands give you benefits like discounts on sunbeds on the beach.

Hon May Rut

Hon May Rut, Thom Island, Phu Quoc, Kien Giang Vietnam

But by the time you wash up and take some photos, there’s no time to use the sunbeds.

(By the way, the shower room is a bit basic,

It’s not dirty, but it smells a bit…

The fee is 20,000 VND per person!!

There’s a staff member sitting in front of the entrance.)

Hehe, showing off my photos~

You can hear a lot of Korean being spoken as you walk around ㅋㅋㅋ

I got a coconut ice cream~

It tasted a bit like fermented melon water.

They put coconut flesh inside, but it was tough and tasteless…

Was it even edible…?

Back to the cruise ship~!

Why is the water clear on this side…

If it had been this clear during snorkeling, I would have been able to see well ㅜㅜ

Cows on the way back…

So cute.

John’s Tours dropped us off at our accommodation after the tour,

And since our accommodation was the furthest, we were the last to get off.

Near Whale Spa is the Teddy Bear Museum!

So cute ㅎㅎ

We decided to visit there on the last day.

And I revisited Whale Spa ㅋ

The masseuse had pink hair with a bridge on that day, and it was incredibly refreshing.

So I got a massage from her on the last day too ㅎㅎ

(It wasn’t a designated masseuse reservation, but she happened to be there!!)

(If you’re curious about Whale Spa, please check the Day 1 record~ 😊)

After the massage, we were hungry and went into a pho restaurant!!

I’ve only eaten breakfast pho every day, so I was determined to eat real local pho.

We went into a random place we saw.

We ordered the beef encrusted pho, which was the second item on the menu.

They asked if we wanted to add cilantro, green onions, and onions, etc.

I asked them to omit only the cilantro, but I should have omitted everything…

The aroma had already permeated the other vegetables next to it, so I ended up leaving all the vegetables ㅠㅠ

However, I ate the beef and noodles.

The taste was not significantly different from the breakfast pho!

I thought, “I’ll eat breakfast pho again tomorrow~~~~” ㅎㅎ

Crazy night view ㄷㄷ

After quickly eating, we went to see the Venice show at Grand World!

The show runs from 9:30 PM to 10:00 PM, and the best spot is on the Venice bridge in the center.

(A great tip from a Korean fellow traveler on the tour 😆)

We went a little early, but quite a few people had already gathered.

My arm was about to fall off from holding my phone up to take pictures ㅠㅠ

Finishing with the Venice show, which was hard to capture…

It was an annoying start to the day, but it was fun,

And although I was extremely tired, it was a fulfilling day!

This is a post for my records rather than for information. If you have any questions, please leave a comment and I will answer them 😊
