Spacious Hall and Group Seating Available
Although I visited for a second round of drinks and was a bit tipsy, looking back at the photos, the cuttlefish and steamed cuttlefish look very delicious. I must try these dishes on my next visit. Donghae Fisheries has a surprisingly spacious hall, and by combining tables, it can accommodate large groups. This is a significant advantage for a company dinner venue.
Various Basic Side Dishes and Generous Assortment
Another charm of this place is the wide variety and generous serving of basic side dishes. The steamed egg and seaweed soup provided as basic starters taste reminiscent of old memories, boasting a delicious flavor that seems to be enhanced by MSG. They even provide bibimbap as a basic dish, so you can enjoy a hearty meal even on your first visit.
It was surprising that live octopus and grilled mackerel were also provided as basic side dishes, in addition to the ordered Flatfish + Rockfish Medium set. It’s a shame I couldn’t fully enjoy them because I was already full from visiting for a second round.
