Suwon Ingye-dong Samgyeopsal Restaurant: Majangdong Kimchi Suwon Ingye Branch Visit Review
Located at Suwon Paldal-gu Gyeongsu-daero 446beon-gil 61, Room 101, Majangdong Kimchi Suwon Ingye Branch boasts samgyeopsal that makes your mouth water just by looking at it. We visited this place for protein replenishment after rock climbing, and it exceeded our expectations.
The restaurant isn’t large, but the ample space between tables allows for a comfortable dining experience. What was particularly impressive was the provision of lockers for those worried about their clothes smelling of food. Many places offer plastic bags, but this establishment showed such thoughtful consideration.
The side dishes include a neatly prepared seasoned green onion salad, fresh lettuce wraps, pickled perilla leaves, and white kimchi. While I usually don’t eat many side dishes to savor the meat’s original flavor, the clean and well-presented side dishes here were satisfying.
A Grand Entrance: The Charm of Thick and Chewy Samgyeopsal
Finally, the long-awaited samgyeopsal arrived. Its spectacular appearance was so impressive that the staff even encouraged us to film it. The thick samgyeopsal offered a chewy and delightfully firm texture, delivering an addictive flavor that makes you crave it continuously. We regretted not coming sooner.
Another advantage of Majangdong Kimchi Suwon Ingye Branch is that the staff grills the meat for you. This allowed us to focus entirely on enjoying our meal. Having a drink with delicious samgyeopsal after exercising was truly heavenly.
While Suwon Ingye-dong has numerous great samgyeopsal restaurants, Majangdong Kimchi Suwon Ingye Branch stands out as the absolute best. We plan to visit again soon and highly recommend it as a top samgyeopsal restaurant in Ingye-dong.
