The 3-night, 5-day trip to Da Nang began energetically with breakfast at Naman Retreat Resort. While various options like omelets and pho were available, some reviews mention it was difficult to choose due to the sheer number of dishes. We missed the information about the free shuttle bus from the resort to Lotte Mart and ended up using Grab, but we conveniently used the shuttle bus on our return. At Sarah Nail, I was initially concerned as my nails are thin, but I was satisfied with the nail art thanks to the meticulous care from the friendly staff. Although it may not match the skill level of top salons in Korea, it is recommendable for its affordable price and friendly service.
Afterward, we visited L’s Store, browsed high-end souvenirs, and purchased macadamia nuts and coconut coffee. The mango coffee we sampled was particularly delicious, and we considered buying more, but due to insufficient stock, we headed to the nearby Cafe Green. At Cafe Green, we took a break while enjoying mango shaved ice, and on our way back to the accommodation, we ordered delivery food via Grab. We experienced some stress while traveling to Ba Na Hills due to an issue with the resort’s restroom, requiring us to contact the staff.
At Ba Na Hills, we took the cable car, said to be the second longest in the world, and enjoyed leisurely photo opportunities in the cool weather of Golden Bridge. We briefly got lost when we missed the operating hours of the cable car to France Village, but we arrived shortly after and enjoyed the various attractions. For dinner, we dined at the Michelin-starred restaurant Antoine, but were disappointed that the chili shrimp was sold out. Nevertheless, the spring rolls were the most delicious, and while the beef noodle soup was ordinary, the spicy broth was impressive. On the last day, we visited Pink Church Da Nang, took hurried photos at its opening time, and finished our shopping at Lotte Mart. We purchased the Lotte Mart coconut snacks based on a staff recommendation, but were disappointed as the actual taste differed from our expectations.
