Este lugar, que era tan popular que hab\u00eda que reservar la hora de visita a trav\u00e9s de Naver, lo visit\u00e9 despu\u00e9s de ver la exposici\u00f3n de Philippe Collet en la Galer\u00eda The Lake de Seokchon Lake.<\/p>\n<figure>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_10952_1_90025EF25BC25BF90025EF25BC25BF2025051825EF25BC25BF143806.jpg\" alt=\"\"><figcaption>Mediados de mayo de 2025<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Rebdu, una cafeter\u00eda especializada en postres que aspira a la pasteler\u00eda francesa de estilo japon\u00e9s, se especializa en postres emplatados, parfaits, petit g\u00e2teaux y viennoiseries. Se dice que es la segunda marca del pastelero Bang Jun-ho, que se gradu\u00f3 en la Escuela de Pasteler\u00eda de Tokio y trabaj\u00f3 en marcas de postres famosas como Pierre Herm\u00e9 Japan y Mont St. Clair.<\/p>\n<p>La cafeter\u00eda est\u00e1 situada en la segunda planta y estaba abarrotada de clientes que sub\u00edan. Se puede a\u00f1adir crema de vainilla (ganache mont\u00e9e) en el lugar, y el principio es de una reserva por persona. Destacaba el sabor y la textura procedentes de los buenos ingredientes, y aunque era similar al croissant que com\u00ed en Gyeongju Bress Coffee Works, ten\u00eda m\u00e1s capas. Recomiendo visitar Rebdu, un lugar de moda en <a href=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/es\/travel-destination\/south-korea\/seoul-special-city\/seoul\/jamsil-dong\/\">Jamsil-dong<\/a>, para disfrutar de deliciosos postres.
