Notre dernier repas \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/fr\/travel-destination\/south-korea\/jeju-province\/jeju-city\/\">Jeju<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 : un bol de riz avec anguille grill\u00e9e chez Donggyeong Bapsang.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_2_900_20260327_133724.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>Donggyeong Bapsang est un restaurant qui propose son plat signature, l&rsquo;unaju (bol de riz \u00e0 l&rsquo;anguille), pr\u00e9par\u00e9 selon une m\u00e9thode de cuisson traditionnelle de Tokyo. Il s\u00e9lectionne de l&rsquo;anguille de premi\u00e8re qualit\u00e9, de type Japonica, cultiv\u00e9e en Cor\u00e9e, pour offrir un repas pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec soin.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_3_900_Screenshot_20260420_112056_NAVER.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_4_900_Screenshot_20260420_112146_NAVER.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p><b>Ouvert \u00e0 11h30<\/b> (pas de pause d\u00e9jeuner)<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_5_900_20260327_133741.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>Il y avait 16 \u00e9quipes en attente de r\u00e9servation via Catch Table \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du restaurant.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_6_1776653371877.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>3 ann\u00e9es cons\u00e9cutives dans le guide Michelin \u2606<\/p>\n<p><b>[Zone d&rsquo;attente]<\/b><\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_7_900_20260327_145516.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_8_900_20260327_133845.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>La salle d&rsquo;attente \u00e9tait spacieuse et la vue depuis la fen\u00eatre \u00e9tait magnifique, donc certaines personnes attendaient \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. Cependant, mon mari et moi avons demand\u00e9 au personnel le temps d&rsquo;attente. Apr\u00e8s avoir appris qu&rsquo;il faudrait environ 1 heure et 30 minutes, nous nous sommes dirig\u00e9s vers une boulangerie appel\u00e9e [Butter Morning], \u00e0 15 minutes en voiture.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_9_900_20260327_134003.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_10_900_20260327_135321.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_11_900_20260327_135327.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_12_900_20260327_135355.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_13_900_20260327_135357.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>Nous avons fait un voyage pour rien en apprenant que le pain ressemblant \u00e0 un \u00ab\u00a0pain au lait concentr\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9tait si populaire qu&rsquo;il ne pouvait \u00eatre achet\u00e9 que sur r\u00e9servation. En retournant chez Donggyeong Bapsang, le nombre d&rsquo;\u00e9quipes en attente avait consid\u00e9rablement diminu\u00e9, et ce fut notre tour. Le riz est tr\u00e8s important pour les bols de riz.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_24_900_20260327_140904.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_25_900_20260327_141031.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>Les accompagnements de base, servis proprement, comprenaient des algues grill\u00e9es, deux types de gingembre marin\u00e9, des cornichons, du kimchi blanc et une salade par personne.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_26_1776686842875.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>C&rsquo;\u00e9tait dommage \u00e0 cause du contre-jour, mais nous avons pris des photos en attendant le bol de riz \u00e0 l&rsquo;anguille.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_27_900_20260327_141217.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;y avait pas de portes, ce qui donnait une sensation d&rsquo;ouverture.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_28_900_20260327_142136.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>10 minutes plus tard, le bol de riz \u00e0 l&rsquo;anguille et la soupe miso sont arriv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_29_1776687086479.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>L&rsquo;anguille grill\u00e9e remplissait une bo\u00eete \u00e0 bento carr\u00e9e, accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo;une soupe miso blanc avec des algues.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_30_900_20260327_142149.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_31_900_20260327_142159_05.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>Certains appr\u00e9cient le go\u00fbt pur de l&rsquo;anguille,<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_32_900_20260327_142109.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_11508_33_900_20260327_142319.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>mais j&rsquo;aime la manger sur des algues. L&rsquo;anguille \u00e9tait \u00e9paisse et tendre, et le riz \u00e9tait \u00e9galement excellent. Le repas, l&rsquo;ambiance, le service et la vue relaxante, tout \u00e9tait satisfaisant.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous souhaitez d\u00e9guster un plat tonifiant \u00e0 Aewol, je vous recommande de visiter Donggyeong Bapsang.
