Voici un compte rendu de notre visite pour go\u00fbter leur plat signature, le Sundubu Jjigae.<\/p>\n<h3>Moment de la visite et temps d&rsquo;attente<\/h3>\n<p>Nous sommes arriv\u00e9s un peu avant 13h en semaine. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pluie, l&rsquo;attente \u00e9tait plus courte que pr\u00e9vu, et nous sommes entr\u00e9s environ 20 minutes plus tard. Il semble que l&rsquo;on puisse r\u00e9duire le temps d&rsquo;attente en \u00e9vitant les heures de pointe ou en tenant compte de la m\u00e9t\u00e9o.<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_8749_1_IMG_6135.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_8749_2_IMG_6137.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_8749_3_IMG_6138.jpg\" alt=\"\"> <\/p>\n<h3>Ambiance du restaurant et coin buffet de garnitures en libre-service<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du restaurant, familier gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la cha\u00eene YouTube \u00ab\u00a0Ddo-gan-jip\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e9tait plein de clients. J&rsquo;\u00e9tais seul et j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 \u00e0 une table pour deux personnes, juste devant la porte. La salle \u00e9tait bond\u00e9e, et il pourrait \u00eatre difficile d&rsquo;obtenir une place \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur si vous venez \u00e0 deux ou plus.<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_8749_4_IMG_6136.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_8749_5_IMG_6139.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_8749_6_SE-2A3DCC6D-5687-4320-9279-2C18471E7A1B.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_8749_7_IMG_6141.jpg\" alt=\"\"> <\/p>\n<p>Au buffet en libre-service, il y avait quatre types de garnitures : kimchi, crevette sal\u00e9e (ojingeotgal), feuilles de p\u00e9rille marin\u00e9es (kkaennipji) et radis marin\u00e9 (danmuji). En particulier, les crevettes sal\u00e9es et les feuilles de p\u00e9rille marin\u00e9es n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas trop sal\u00e9es et avaient un go\u00fbt umami excellent, parfaites avec le riz. Les garnitures \u00e9taient \u00e9galement vendues s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, ce qui donnait envie d&rsquo;en acheter. Servi bouillonnant dans un pot en terre cuite, il pr\u00e9sentait un aspect app\u00e9tissant et un ar\u00f4me riche. La texture et le go\u00fbt uniques, que je n&rsquo;avais jamais rencontr\u00e9s auparavant, rendaient difficile de distinguer s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agissait de viande ou de tofu soyeux. J&rsquo;ai tendance \u00e0 avoir des attentes plus basses pour les restaurants c\u00e9l\u00e8bres, mais celui-ci m&rsquo;a laiss\u00e9 une tr\u00e8s grande satisfaction. J&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;intention d&rsquo;y retourner et d&rsquo;attendre \u00e0 nouveau.<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_8749_14_IMG_6148.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_8749_15_IMG_6151.jpg\" alt=\"\"> <\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;\u00e9tait encore plus d\u00e9licieux avec les crevettes sal\u00e9es, et bien que je ne mange habituellement pas une portion enti\u00e8re de riz, j&rsquo;ai fini chaque grain. Je regrette seulement de ne pas avoir pu commander une portion de riz suppl\u00e9mentaire car j&rsquo;\u00e9tais d\u00e9j\u00e0 rassasi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_8749_16_IMG_6152.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/linkboo_8749_17_IMG_6153.jpg\" alt=\"\"> <\/p>\n<h3>Conseils suppl\u00e9mentaires et r\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Sin-haebaragi Bunsik accepte les virements bancaires, et il est \u00e9galement conseill\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser une succursale s&rsquo;il y a beaucoup d&rsquo;attente. On dit que les succursales utilisent les m\u00eames garnitures, donc il ne devrait pas y avoir de diff\u00e9rence de go\u00fbt.
