Visit Review
Arriving before 8 PM on a weekday, we were fortunate to be seated immediately without any wait. Please note that arriving around 6:30 PM on a weekday might involve a wait of about 30 minutes. Shortly after we were seated, we saw more customers continuously arriving. Spacious tables for group seating are also available, making it seem suitable for gatherings.
All-You-Can-Eat Menu
The all-you-can-eat option, priced at 33,000 won per adult, is much more cost-effective than ordering à la carte. You can feel satisfied with the generous portions served from the start.
Service and Side Dishes
The complimentary doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) served with your order is plentiful and great to enjoy with rice. Additionally, a variety of side dishes are provided, including fresh vegetables for wraps, pickled vegetables, salad, and pickled onions.
Main Menu: Lamb and Beef Tripe with Raw Meat
The all-you-can-eat starts with lamb and beef tripe, along with unmarinated short ribs and sirloin. Personally, I found the sirloin to be more tender and delicious. The short ribs, grilled over charcoal, have a chewy texture, while the sirloin is exceptionally tender, melting in your mouth.
Service Steamed Egg and Lamb and Beef Tripe
A moist and fluffy steamed egg is served as a complimentary dish during your meal. After finishing the raw meat, it’s time to enjoy the lamb and beef tripe. For the offal, the staff kindly grill the first batch for you, making it even more convenient to savor. The abomasum, in particular, was incredibly moist and tender without any gamey smell, the best I’ve ever had.
Overall Review
With its generous portions, delicious lamb and beef tripe, and friendly service, Boseong Yangdaechang is a great value restaurant. However, if you are sensitive to the unique smell of offal or prefer a stone grill over charcoal, you might reconsider a return visit. But for those who love offal, this is definitely a place worth visiting.
