Spacious and Pleasant Store Atmosphere
The interior of the store felt even more spacious because there weren’t many customers when I visited early. It’s perfect for enjoying a comfortable meal. Various photos hint at the store’s atmosphere.

A Menu That Evokes Memories and a Special Order
Looking at the menu, which reminded me of the old days like Canmore or Kongbul, I ordered the Everest Chicken Curry, Cheese Naan, rice, and a Mango Lassi. I was ready to enjoy a hearty meal all by myself.

The water served as soon as I sat down had bubbles, making me briefly wonder if it was sparkling water, but it was just regular water. However, the dishes that followed exceeded my expectations.

Heavenly Taste, Mango Lassi, and Abundant Appetizers
The Mango Lassi I tasted first looked like a banana smoothie, but the rich mango flavor that filled my mouth was truly heavenly. The coconut powder topping added a cute touch.

The accompanying salad was packed with lettuce, giving it a peculiar Korean taste, and its savory flavor was enough to whet my appetite.

The Main Dishes Arrive: Everest Chicken Curry and Cheese Naan
Finally, the long-awaited main dishes arrived. The Everest Chicken Curry had a subtly spicy and appealing flavor, so mild that even children could enjoy it. I could also taste the richness of butter, making it even better to eat with naan.

The Cheese Naan, in particular, arrived with a wonderful aroma. The center was perfectly crispy, giving it an excellent texture. It was delicious dipped in curry, but it was also incredibly tasty on its own. If you’re looking for a great place to eat in Ildo 2-dong, I recommend this spot.
Additional Order for Rice and a Promise for the Next Visit
As a Korean, I believe in the power of rice, so I ordered extra rice for curry rice. Since no separate rice is provided with the curry, you need to order it separately if you want curry rice.

I was curious about the Biryani on the menu, but I couldn’t resist the allure of the Cheese Naan. On my next visit, I plan to enjoy the Biryani with a warm tea. Mount Everest Restaurant, conveniently located close to Dongmun Market and Chilseong-ro Shopping Street, is a great place to visit when you crave Indian food in Jeju.
