Salzburg Salzburg Salzburg Salzburg The 2-night, 3-day trip to Hallstatt with Austria Salzburg was filled with beautiful scenery and rich cultural experiences. From the historical sites of Salzburg to the picturesque landscapes of Hallstatt, this journey provided unforgettable memories.

Starting in Salzburg

The train journey from Graz to Salzburg was comfortable. After a long journey with expensive snacks, we arrived at Salzburg station and solidified our travel plans by pre-booking our train tickets to Hallstatt for the next day. The accommodation, while beautiful from the outside, felt more like a compact hotel room on the inside.

The Korean restaurant ‘Hibiskus’, located near our accommodation, had a long line even when we arrived right after their break time. It was filled with both Korean and foreign customers, which made us feel it was a popular spot. As expected, the taste was excellent.

After our meal, we visited the nearby Mirabell Garden. The spacious and green garden was beautiful, and it was even better because it was quiet, unlike in Korea.

Journey to Hallstatt

The next morning, we headed to Hallstatt. We intended to take bus 150 from Salzburg station, but we only realized later that we could take it directly from the bus stop in front of our accommodation. Haha.
