Bibijae has developed unique bibimbap menus based on this concept. You can experience familiar yet intriguing dishes, from basic traditional bibimbap to creative versions utilizing seasonal ingredients.
Notably, all bibimbap menus can be upgraded to a hot stone pot bibimbap, allowing customers to enjoy it according to their personal preferences. Bibijae’s efforts to add diverse flavors and colors to ordinary bibimbap are commendable.

The Ggangdoenjang Bibimbap consists of simmered ggangdoenjang, tofu, seasoned vegetables, Shindongjin white rice, 3 side dishes, seaweed soup, and lettuce wraps.

The yellow petals are made of cheese, adding visual appeal. The texture of the rice is also highly praised.

Characterized by its reddish ggangdoenjang.

The seaweed soup offers a clean taste.

Tofu stew, kimchi, and stir-fried anchovies are provided.

Mixing all ingredients thoroughly and adding the ggangdoenjang creates a mild and clean flavor. This bibimbap can also be enjoyed by vegetarians.
Husband’s Choice: [Mala Bibimbap]

The Mala Bibimbap includes soy-glazed stir-fried pork, mala paste, 6 types of seasoned vegetables, Shindongjin white rice, 3 side dishes, and seaweed soup.

A fried egg and pork are served as toppings.

Rice is served separately.

The mala sauce looked very spicy at first glance but tasted good. It makes the bibimbap more special by using mala sauce instead of gochujang. My husband was very satisfied and enjoyed it immensely.
