Yeongjong Island Yangzi River is gaining fame for its visually stunning King Galbi Jjambbong. While the generous portion of whole ribs and chewy Tangsuyuk are certainly attractive, those expecting a spicy Jjambbong might be slightly disappointed. Nevertheless, the overall taste and excellent Tangsuyuk are valuable enough to warrant a return visit.

Yangzi River in Yeongjong Island is located a 3-minute drive from Eulwangni Beach and has ample parking space. Although the interior of the restaurant is not spacious, you can efficiently manage waiting time by utilizing the remote waiting system in advance. However, prompt entry within 2 minutes of reservation is essential, so punctuality is important.
The menu is ordered via a tablet PC. In addition to the signature King Galbi Jjambbong, you can also enjoy Chadol Jjambbong, Chadol Jjambbong Rice, and a small portion of Tangsuyuk. The King Galbi Jjambbong, in particular, is visually overwhelming with a generous portion of large whole ribs, and you can feel full just from the rice and meat alone.
The Tangsuyuk ordered together comes with the sauce served separately, which is a welcome option for those who prefer to dip their food. Despite not being a glutinous rice Tangsuyuk, it boasts a surprisingly chewy texture. The complimentary fried dumplings are also crispy, adding to the satisfaction. Thanks to such taste and service, many visitors save it on their Kakao Map restaurant list and express their intention to revisit.
