It is located at 20, Bangbaechon-ro 4-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and operates from 3 PM to 12 AM on weekdays and from 1 PM to 12 AM on weekends. Last order is at 11:30 PM, and inquiries can be made at 02-585-9493.

This place is highly recommended, especially for those who love chive pork belly. We visited right at opening time on a weekend and were able to start our meal immediately. Gimbu Sam Sadang Station Branch has not only a first-floor hall but also spacious second-floor seating, making it an excellent venue for group gatherings or company dinners.

A variety of fresh vegetables such as kimchi, chives, bean sprouts, onions, mushrooms, water parsley, and sweet pumpkin are provided, and garlic can be prepared separately to accompany the meal. One of the biggest advantages of Gimbu Sam Sadang Station Branch is that the owner personally grills the meat. The pork belly, which comes pre-grilled, is cut into bite-sized pieces and carefully grilled, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. As it’s cooked to perfection, you can enjoy the juicy pork belly right away.

After quickly finishing the pork belly, the additionally ordered pork jowl also impressed with its chewy texture and rich flavor. It was so delicious that we ate it all up before we could even take pictures. Unfortunately, we regretted not being able to try the fried rice because of our next appointment.
